Don’t sugar coat it....
Plaque, a sticky film of bacteria that builds up along your gum line, is full of lots of little sugar bugs.
The sugar bugs feed on the sugar you consume.
They then excrete (poo) acid onto your teeth... this acid causes tooth decay!
Reduce your risk of tooth decay by keeping any sugary or acidic foods and drinks to meal times only or immediately after as a pudding.

Did you know?
97% of snacks marketed towards babies and toddlers has a nutritional claim (i.e. - one of your 5 a day) yet are often high in sugar for the targeted age range!
